Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By booking your travel with Moore Love Travel, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. These terms govern the relationship between you (the "Client") and Moore Love Travel (the "Agency").
Moore Love Travel acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier(s), including but not limited to cruise lines, safari operators, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and ground transportation companies (collectively referred to as "Suppliers"). We do not own, operate, manage, or control these independent Suppliers. Your actual travel contracts will be directly with these Suppliers, and you are subject to their specific terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.
All prices and availability are subject to change without notice until your booking is officially confirmed and a deposit is applied.
Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The amount and timeline will be dictated by the Supplier.
Final Payment: Full payment must be received by the due date specified on your invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation by the Supplier and forfeiture of your deposit.
Accuracy: Please review all invoices, itineraries, and tickets immediately upon receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure all names match your government-issued ID and all dates/details are correct.
If you need to cancel or change your travel arrangements, you must notify Moore Love Travel in writing.
Supplier Penalties: You are subject to the cancellation fees and policies of the individual Suppliers involved in your itinerary. These can often be up to 100% of the booking cost.
Agency Fees: Moore Love Travel charges a $100 administrative fee for all processed cancellations.
It is entirely the Client's responsibility to ensure they have the proper travel documentation.
Passports: Most international travel (including international cruises and safaris) requires a passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond your scheduled date of return.
Visas and Health Requirements: Clients are responsible for obtaining required visas, immunizations (such as Yellow Fever for certain African safaris), and meeting all entry/exit requirements of their destinations. Moore Love Travel is not liable if you are denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.
Moore Love Travel strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance. Travel insurance can protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and travel delays. If you choose to decline travel insurance, you assume all financial risk associated with your travel.
Because Moore Love Travel acts only as an agent for Suppliers, we hold no responsibility or liability for any actions, errors, omissions, injuries, property damage, or loss of any kind caused by these Suppliers.
Inherent Risks: You acknowledge that travel, particularly adventurous travel such as safaris and expedition cruises, involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, interactions with wildlife, rugged terrain, remote locations with limited medical access, and unpredictable weather.
Waiver of Claim: You agree to hold Moore Love Travel, its owners, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or financial losses arising from your trip, including but not limited to supplier bankruptcy, schedule changes, personal injury, illness, or death.
Moore Love Travel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or severe weather conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these terms or your travel bookings shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
