Got questions?
Check here for a list of our most common inquiries regarding this exclusive journey.
Do I need a passport?
Yes! You will need a valid passport with at least two blank pages and 6 months of validity remaining past our return date of April 21, 2027. Additionally, U.S. citizens are required to obtain an e-Visa to enter India. Don't worry—our concierge team will provide you with step-by-step instructions on when and how to easily apply for your visa closer to our departure!
Where does the trip start and end?
Our 11-day journey is a round-trip experience beginning and ending in New Delhi, India. You will need to book your round-trip international flights in and out of Indira Gandhi International Airport (Airport Code: DEL).
When should I plan to arrive in Delhi?
Our official itinerary begins on April 11th, 2027. However, because international flights to India are lengthy and cross several time zones, we highly recommend arriving at least one day early (April 10th).
Arriving early provides a crucial safety buffer against unexpected airline delays and gives you a dedicated day to rest, adjust to the time change, and prepare to step into your royalty completely stress-free. Let us know if you plan to arrive early, and we can assist with adding a pre-night to your hotel reservation!
How does the payment and installment plan work?
We have designed our payment structure to make this luxury investment as seamless as the journey itself. To officially secure your reservation, a $500 deposit is required.
Following your deposit, your remaining balance will be distributed across six equal monthly installments, due sequentially from July through December. Your journey will be completely paid off months before you even pack your bags!
Do I need any special clothing?
While this is a luxury white-glove experience, comfort and cultural respect are key. We suggest packing lightweight, breathable fabrics (like linen and cotton) for our daytime excursions. Here are a few essentials:
For Cultural Sites: When visiting temples and mosques, both men and women are required to wear clothing that covers their shoulders and knees. A lightweight scarf or pashmina is a perfect, stylish accessory to keep on hand!
For Palace Dinners: Bring a few elegant, smart-casual outfits for our spectacular, candlelit evening dinners.
For the Safari: Earth tones (khakis, greens, browns), a sun hat, and comfortable closed-toe shoes are recommended for our luxury tiger safaris in Ranthambore.
Bonus: You will have the opportunity to participate in an exclusive, bespoke tailoring session in Jaipur to have custom garments made!
What is the expected weather in India in April?
April in India's Golden Triangle (Delhi, Agra, Jaipur) is brilliantly sunny, dry, and warm. Daytime temperatures will generally range from the upper 80s to the upper 90s, making our spacious, air-conditioned captain-class transportation incredibly refreshing! The evenings cool down beautifully, creating the perfect balmy atmosphere for our outdoor cultural immersions and dining.
What is the physical activity level for this trip?
This is a fully escorted luxury tour, meaning we prioritize your ultimate comfort. However, exploring monumental wonders like the Taj Mahal, ancient forts, and grand palaces does involve walking on uneven historic cobblestones, climbing occasional stairs, and being on your feet. We highly recommend packing a pair of comfortable, supportive walking shoes for our daytime guided tours.
What's the payment schedule?
A non-refundable initial deposit of $500 is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance will be split into 6 equal monthly installments due on the 15th of each month, starting July 15, 2026, and ending December 15, 2026.
Double Occupancy ($4,499 total): 6 monthly installments of $666.50.
Single Occupancy ($5,700 total): 6 monthly installments of $866.67.
If your monthly payments are not received by the 22nd of the month, your spot may be forfeited. If your final payment is not received by December 22, 2026, you may be subject to cancellation with penalties as described below.
What's the cancellation policy?
Great question! Requests to cancel must be made in writing via email to eric@moorelove.travel. Please note that the $500 initial deposit is completely non-refundable. If you cancel before October 15, 2026, you will forfeit your $500 deposit (any additional monthly installment payments made up to that point will be refunded). If you cancel on or after October 15, 2026 and before December 15, 2026 you will forfeit your $500 deposit plus the cost of 40% of your ground package price. If you cancel on or after December 15, 2026 there will be no refund of payments made unless YOU find a replacement. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
